Our customer-oriented service covers subcontracted machining from single pieces to sets, tools from molds to machining fixtures.

Piece sizes from millimeters to several hundreds of kilograms. Both small and larger sets pass through our production smoothly. We use Mastercam software for programming and Solidworks software for desing.

Kopal’s CEO Timo Korhonen has extensive experience with work tools and molds, so manufacturing and designing them is a daily job for us.

The design and manufacture of machining fixtures and various grippers has also been a significant part of Kopal’s operations for a long time. In cooperation with the customer and the equipment supplier, we are used to finding the best solutions for the customer’s needs.

At the beginning of Kopal’s machining business, prototypes and individual parts were the majority of everything we did. Even today, this area plays a significant role in the whole. In cooperation with the customer, we have been able to help with the most diverse research and product development challenges. The manufacture of visual models, first pieces, research parts and miniature models is one of our strongest areas.
